Menteri Pekerjaan Umum, Djoko Kirmanto, mengatakan kalau pemerintah berencana kalau tahun 2025 kebutuhan air bersih akan sampai merata di seluruh Indonesia.

Djoko Kirmanto di sela-sela acara perayaan Hari Air Sedunia 'Water for Cities: Responding to the Urban Challenge' di Jakarta, sempat menyatakan beberapa sasaran dari Departemen Pekerjaan Umum dan pemerintah untuk isu air bersih dan pengelolaan tata ruang kota.

"Tahun 2025 pemerintah menargetkan kebutuhan air bersih akan merata di seluruh Indonesia," ungkap Djoko Kirmanto di Jakarta, Selasa (22/3/2011).

Djoko Kirmanto menyatakan kalau saat ini hanya 50 persen masyarakat di Indonesia yang terpenuhi kebutuhan akan air bersih.

"Pemerintah juga menargetkan kalau tahun 2015 angka tersebut akan meningkat hingga mencapai 68 persen," ungkap Djoko Kirmanto.

Pengelolaan air perkotaan yang kurang baik di Indonesia banyak dikatakan penyebabnya adalah penggunaan tata ruang kota yang masih semerawut.

"Kami dari Departemen Pekerjaan Umum tahun ini berencana akan memperbaiki semua tata ruang kota untuk tingkat provinsi. Lalu tahun 2012, kami berencana akan memperbaiki semua tata ruang kota untuk tingkat kabupaten," jelas Djoko.

Ketika ditanya tanggapannya mengenai Hari Air Sedunia hari ini, khususnya penerapannya untuk Indonesia, Djoko menjawab kalau kita terlebih dahulu harus merubah perilaku masyarakat terhadap alam di sekitarnya.(okezone.com)

Abstract

Perairan Kali Garang yang melintasi wilayah Kabupaten Semarang dan Kotamadia Semarang, merupakan salah satu sumber days air yng dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat Kotamadia Semarang untuk keperluan rumah tangga (air baku PDAM). Perairan Kali Garang ini telah mengalami pencemaran, yang salah saturiya diakibatkan oleh limbah domestik. Limbah ini diduga berkaitan dengan tingkat sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya pencemaran air adalah persepsi masyarakat. Image masyarakat terhadap air sebagai barang murah menyebabkan penggunaan air yang boros, sehingga dapat terjadi kelangkaan relatif dalam jangka pan¬jang. Demikian pulan image masyarakat bahwa air merupakan tempat pembuangan limbah dan merupakan public good, menyebab¬kan manajemen pengelolaan sumberdaya air kurang baik sehingga menurunkan kualitas air. Terutama di Pulau Jawa yang berpenduduk padat, umumnya sumber pencemaran air yang penting adalah buangan rumah tangga. Pengotoran jenis ini disebabkan oleh keterbelakangan dan tidak adanya fasilitas pengolahan air buangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui keterkaitan antara kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat yang bermukim di sekitar perairan Kali Garang dengan pemanfaatan Kali Garang yang cenderung menimbulkan pencemaran. basil penelitian diharapkan dapat bermanfaat sebagai masukan dalam pengelolaan lingkungan / kali Garang dari aspek sosial ekonomi. Untuk keperluan penelitian ini diambil sampel sebanyak 100 Rumah Tangga yang bermukim di sekitar Kali Garang, dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi sosial ekonomi. karena sulitnnya menentukan kondisi sosial ekonomi secara cepat dan tepat, maka sebagai pedoman adalah keadaan rumah huniannya. Metode pengumpulan data yang diterapkan adalah wawancara dan penga¬matan (observasi). Sedangkan respondennya dalah Kepala Rumah Tangga sampel. Metode analisis datanya adalah analisis kuali¬tatif dan menggunakan tabel silang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahan pencemar yang dibuang dari rumah tangga adalah limbah padat dengan rata-rata per hari per rumah tangga 0,25 m3 dan limbah cair rataa¬rata per hari per rumah tangga 1,5 m3 . Pembuangan limbah padat dan limbah cair ke Kali Garang oleh masyarakat dianggap sebagai suatu kewajaran. Makin tinggi tingkat pendidikan masyarakat cenderung makin peduli membersihkan aliran limbah cair dan penyediaan tempat sampah. Terdapat kecenderungan makin rendah tingkat pendapatan makin besar kemungkinan memanfaatkan perairan Kali Garang. Perlu ada penyuluhan tentang arti pentingnya air Kali Garang agar tidak dimanfaatkan untuk membuang limbah dan perlu renovasi saluran air buangan limbah cair rumah tangga. In Java, factor to influenced water polution is domestic waste that impact by underdeveloped. The goals of this researched, are to know correlation of degree of social economic of polution who lived in side of KaLi Garang with poluted Kali Garang river. This goals of research expected can input for policy are management of water Kali Garang For colected data, we used interview and observation by 100 neighboor. Methode of data analysis is qualitatif methode and used cross table. From this result of research can know that resources of water polution Kali Garang to consist of waste water (1,5 m3 per day) and rubbesh (0,25 m3 per day). Population to think that throw waste in Kali garang was proper. The more high education the more to bother about cleane the gutter of waste water. And more high of income more no used water of Kali Garang. Suggestion that can proposed was : (1) Information about rule of water for living and (2) renovation gutter of waste water. Penyaluran paket perikanan budidaya bagi wirausaha pemula tahun 2010 digulirkan mulai pekan ini. Stimulus bagi wirausaha budidaya pemula itu mencakup bantuan benih, pakan, dan pembuatan kolam.
Sekretaris Direktorat Jenderal Perikanan Budidaya Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan Syamsuddin mengemukakan hal itu di Jakarta, Selasa (12/10).
Besar fasilitas modal usaha itu bervariasi, mulai dari Rp 6 juta hingga Rp 17,5 juta per paket Komoditas perikanan yang dikembangkan antara lain rumput laut, ikan lele, patin, bandeng, mas, nila, dan polikultur udang.
Tahun 2010, paket budidaya ditujukan bagi 273 kabupaten/ kota pada 33 provinsi. Total anggaran yang digulirkan pemerintah untuk paket perikanan budidaya bagi wirausaha pemula sebesar Rp 184,4 miliar. Total ada 2.410 paket. Paket-paket budidaya itu di antaranya budidaya ikan patin di kolam Rp 7,5 juta per paket, gurami Rp 7,5 juta per paket, serta rumput laut dan nila masing-masing Rp 6 juta per paket.
Selain itu, ada juga keramba jaring apung ikan patin Rp 17,5 juta per paket Paket dapat diberikan kepada perseorangan ataupun kelompok. "Bantuan ini diutamakan bagi sarjana Tetapi, tidak tertutup kemungkinan untuk nonsarjana jika di daerah itu jumlah sarjana yang berminat masih sedikit," ujarnya.
Penyaluran paket budidaya diserahkan sepenuhnya kepada daerah. Oleh karena itu, daerah diharapkan menyiapkan rencana definitif kebutuhan kelompok serta menentukan kelompok pembudidaya, lokasi budidaya, ataupun tender untuk pengadaan sarana produksi.Saat ditanya soal pengawasan, Syamsuddin mengatakan, pihaknya telah membentuk tim terpadu monitoring dan evaluasi kelautan dan perikanan yang melibatkan semua direktorat jenderal di KKP.
Secara terpisah, Dekan Fakultas Ekologi Manusia Institut Pertanian Bogor Arif Satria mengemukakan, paket perikanan budidaya bagi sarjana selayaknya diperuntukkan bagi sarjana yang memiliki kemauan dan kemampuan budidaya.Tanpa bekal kemampuan, dikhawatirkan program itu berpotensi gagal," ujar Arif. Program wirausaha budidaya, kata Arif, seharusnya dimanfaatkan oleh perguruan tinggi sebagai peluang mencetak wirausaha baru.

Postingan kali ini saya akan berbagi cerita tentang cara penggunaan dan keamanan gas LPG yang marak meledak dimana-mana

Berikut tata cara sebelum menggunakan tabung LPG, yaitu :

Memastikan tabung tidak dekat dengan nyala api terbuka
Memeriksa tombol kompor dan regulator yang dipasang dalam posisi tertutup
Mencegah selang gas tidak terkena nyala api atau terkena barang tajam yang mengakibatkan robeknya selang
Memeriksa dan memastikan selang tidak tertindih
Memastikan kompor, regulator dan selang dalam keadaan baik.

Cara menyimpan tabung LPG, yaitu :

Ventilasi tempat penyimpanan harus setinggi lantai (di bawah).
Tabung harus dalam keadaan berdir.
Tabung tidak diperbolehkan langsung dengan sinar matahari atau sumber pemanasan lainnya.
Penyimpanan harus kokoh dan stabil sehingga tidak akan terjatuh, mengguling atau menyentuh benda keras.
Tabung harus disimpan pada tempat yang kering, tidak basah dan tidak diperkirakan menimbulkan korosi.

Langkah-langkah mencegah kebocoran :

Katup/tombol kompor harus pada posisi tertutup waktu kompor tidak digunakan, bila tombol rusak jangan digunakan.
Saluran/selang regulator jangan terlalu panjang, sehingga mencegah tertindih, sobek terkena benda tajam, dan sambungan pada regulator harus kuat dan tidak mudah lepas
Sebelum memasang regulator, periksa apakah pada valve terdapat seal/karet gelang, bila bocor bukan pada seal karet tetapi pada regulator, lepas regulator dan jangan dipakai lagi
Apabila tabung lama tidak digunakan, tutuplah valve dengan bekas seal cap.

Apabila terjadi kebocoran, langkah-langkah untuk mengatasinya adalah :

Menutup regulator atau melepas regulator dari tabung
Menyingkirkan tabung gas jauh dari daerah kebakaran
Menutup tabung dengan karung sampai apinya padam
Memadamkan dengan alat pemadam jenis CO2 atau DPC (Dry Powder Chemical).
